How do you get the Surgeon Shen Charity Icon?
It came in a bundle. Riot's description in the client reads: “This icon was acquired by supporting the 2020 COVID Charity Bundle.”
Is the Surgeon Shen Charity Icon still available?
Probably not. Riot tied the Surgeon Shen Charity Icon to 2020 (bundle), and it does not normally bring back past event rewards or bundles.
