How do you get the Tier 1 TFT Launch Icon?
It was an event pass reward. Riot's description in the client reads: “Earned through the TFT Beta Pass”
Is the Tier 1 TFT Launch Icon still available?
No. Riot tied the Tier 1 TFT Launch Icon to 2019 (event pass), and it does not normally bring back past event rewards or bundles.
