How do you get the Trials 2019 Pass Icon?
It was an event pass reward. Riot's description in the client reads: “Acquired by purchasing the 2019 Trials Pass during the 2019 Trials event.”
Is the Trials 2019 Pass Icon still available?
No. Riot tied the Trials 2019 Pass Icon to 2019 (event pass), and it does not normally bring back past event rewards or bundles.
