The story behind Arcane Councilor Mel

Mel Medarda has always had a keen eye for potential—and in hextech, she saw power that would forever alter the face of Piltover. For most, this technology would be unobtainable, but with her influence on the Council, nothing escapes her grasp. With hextech at her fingertips, there is no telling what she'll be able to accomplish.
