The story behind PsyOps Vladimir

In the Black Rose Group, an unseen overseer whispers commands from the shadows. He is Vladimir, some say the true leader of the BRG—a soldier as ancient as the very practice of psychic operations. He is a puppet master without equal, the bodies and minds he controls an extension of himself used to carry out his sinister, hidden agenda.
