How do you get the Astronaut Gnar Icon?
It came in a bundle. Riot's description in the client reads: “This icon was released as a bundle exclusive during the 2020 Pulsefire event.”
Is the Astronaut Gnar Icon still available?
Probably not. Riot tied the Astronaut Gnar Icon to 2020 (bundle), and it does not normally bring back past event rewards or bundles.
