How do you get the SSG Gnar Icon?
It was a mission or event reward. Riot's description in the client reads: “Honoring CuVee's winning Gnar in the 2017 World Championship, collapse on the enemy team as SSG Gnar and snack on your victory later.”
Is the SSG Gnar Icon still available?
No. Riot tied the SSG Gnar Icon to 2018 (mission reward), and it does not normally bring back past event rewards or bundles.
